As with all our cuts once they are cut and packed they are then packaged into specially lined boxes packed with dry ice to keep the contents cool for up to 36 hours. Ordering

· Where products ordered by the customer are not available from stock the customer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the products are available or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

Price and Payment

· The price of the products and/ or service shall be that stipulated on the website. The shown price excludes delivery charges.

· The total purchase price, including delivery charges, will be displayed in the shopping cart once the delivery method has been selected (order value under £80 delivery charge of £9.95 or order value over £80 delivery charge FREE). If the order value is under £80 but the FREE delivery method is selected Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk have the right to add the additional delivery charge on to the order once it has been processed.

· After the order is received a confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address provided.

· Payment of the product plus delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering.

· Where applicable, if any payment is not paid on time or any payment is rejected or refused, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk will be entitled immediately to cease or suspend the provision of any service or further deliveries of products until payment has been received.

Rights of Supplier

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The supplier shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the customer places an order.

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw any product and/or services from the website at any time.

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any promotional or offer code at any time.

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any product and/or services from the website or for refusing to process an order.

Delivery

· Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

· Delivery of the products shall be made to the customers address specified in the order and the customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products whenever they are tendered for delivery. Fresh Meat Direct cannot beheld responsible for items not delivered on the prefered delivery date as agreed due to adverse weather conditions out of their control.

· Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the supplier shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

· Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products, or where the customer fails to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted.

· Title in the products shall not pass to the customer until payment of the price has been made in full.

Cancellation and Return

· The customer may cancel any order for products for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the customer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If however, the supplier starts to perform its side of the contract with the agreement of the customer before the customer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.

· Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the products may have to be returned by the customer to the supplier within the best before date or use by date on the product. Refunds and replacements are made at the discretion of Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk. If the claim is agreed the customer is to be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.

· Products to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the supplier on the package.
